Marketing Copywriter
Position Overview
MCI is one of the fastest-growing tech-enabled business services companies in the USA, delivering Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) cloud technology solutions across various industries. We are currently seeking a Marketing Copywriter to help elevate our brand and contribute to our growth.
Position Responsibilities
Manage our brand through multiple media avenues such as print, internet, social media, and advertising.
Write copy for all emails and funnel steps, utilizing knowledge of sales and psychology to improve sales conversion, click-through, and open rates.
Analyze email and funnel statistics and work to improve conversion rates at all points in the funnel.
Split test copy in all emails and funnels.
Assist and engage in high-level discussions and decisions.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with other Directors and Leaders to capitalize on opportunities.
Assist in implementation and maintenance of budgets, schedules, marketing plans, tactics, and resources.
Candidate Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4 years of experience as a Marketing Copywriter.
Project management and team management experience.
Copywriting skills.
Planning, budgeting, and reporting experience.
Content creation.
Superior research and analytical skills.
SEO strategy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Digital marketing experience.
Proven ability to successfully execute marketing programs such as targeted direct mail and email, field events, and social media.
