About the role
The Marketing Coordinator - Practice Liaison supports marketing and business development initiatives across designated practice groups at Nelson Mullins, an Am Law 100 law firm.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with attorneys and the marketing team to drive visibility and support client development efforts.
- Execute business development and marketing strategies that support practice growth and client engagement.
- Assist with planning client events and sponsorships.
- Support onboarding efforts for new attorneys.
- Contribute to the development of submissions for Chambers, Legal 500, and other industry recognitions.
- Maintain marketing and pitch materials.
- Support proposal efforts.
- Help develop and distribute thought leadership content.
- Manage updates to practice group content and attorney biographies on the firm’s website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
Requirements
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
