Marketing Coordinator or Manager

About the role
We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator or Manager—depending on experience—to bring creativity, precision, and enthusiasm to our growing team. This role will lead and support the development and execution of marketing initiatives, proposal efforts, and communication strategies that enhance AID’s visibility, collaborating closely with technical experts, business development leaders, and operations staff.
Responsibilities
- Proposal & Pursuit Management
- Coordinate, write, and edit SOQs, proposals, and presentations
- Support capture activities via research, documentation, and strategy meetings
- Analyze requirements; build proposal plans, outlines, and schedules
- Partner with engineers, PMs, and leadership to deliver competitive submissions
- Marketing Communications
- Maintain collateral (brochures, resumes, project sheets, case studies)
- Update marketing databases; track leads and outcomes
- Manage and grow social media in alignment with brand goals
- Events & Business Development Support
- Research conferences/networking events; coordinate logistics and materials
- Manage booth/banner inventory; assist with staff travel
- Support senior staff with outreach and event planning
- Administrative & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, and vendors
- Work closely with technical, admin, and marketing staff across offices
- Handle data input, document organization, and content updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields
- Experience in architectural or engineering companies is highly desired
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking in deadline-driven settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, professional, and collaborative

Pay
$50,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Higher salaries could be considered depending on relevant experience.
