Marketing Coordinator Intern (Volunteer, Remote)
Job Summary
Duet is an online philanthropic platform that supports vulnerable families through donations of specific items. We are currently active in Greece and expanding for COVID-19 relief in LA. Founded in 2019, we have facilitated over $70,000 in donations and have a growing donor community of over 500 members. We are seeking a marketing coordinator to expand our reach and brand recognition.
About the Role
The marketing coordinator will work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage email campaigns, and plan publicity strategies. They will also assist in content creation and stay updated with new developments to launch and highlight new products or features.
Responsibilities
- Brainstorming month-to-month marketing campaigns using knowledge of global holidays, media trends, and current events
- Aid in tracking and optimizing where we are getting new users
- Create, manage, and craft email campaigns and mass communication
- Plan publicity strategies and write press releases
- Content creation of video materials (or working with a team member who knows how)
- Stay up to date with new developments to launch and highlight new products or features
- Close collaboration with Partnerships, Business Development, and Design departments
