Marketing Coordinator: Greeter

About the role

The Marketing Off-Site OPC Greeter at Vacatia is responsible for welcoming guests, scheduling appointments, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression
• Schedule appointments for guests to attend sales presentations
• Engage guests by answering questions about the hotel, attractions, restaurants, and vacation information related to Vacatia's vacation ownership offerings
• Hand off guests to OPC Marketing Agents and assist them before their scheduled tours
• Track interactions and share feedback to improve guest engagement and marketing strategies

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in guest-facing roles, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in timeshare, resort, or travel industries
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to engage guests authentically, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and provide accurate information
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with marketing and sales teams
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours if needed
• Able to work at multiple designated local locations on a weekly basis

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
