About the role
The Marketing Off-Site OPC Greeter at Vacatia is responsible for welcoming guests, scheduling appointments, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression
- Schedule appointments for guests to attend sales presentations
- Engage guests by answering questions about the hotel, attractions, restaurants, and vacation information related to Vacatia's vacation ownership offerings
- Hand off guests to OPC Marketing Agents and assist them before their scheduled tours
- Track interactions and share feedback to improve guest engagement and marketing strategies
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in guest-facing roles, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in timeshare, resort, or travel industries
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to engage guests authentically, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and provide accurate information
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with marketing and sales teams
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours if needed
- Able to work at multiple designated local locations on a weekly basis
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude and ability to build rapport with guests
- Knowledge of Las Vegas attractions and local area
