Marketing Coordinator Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of client networking events, webinars, conferences, sponsorship activations, and internal marketing initiatives
- Manage post-event follow-up, including attendee communications, reporting, and content distribution
- Aid in the marketing and promotion of programs, webinars, events, and conferences across email, digital, and internal channels
- Assist with the creation and distribution of event invitations, reminders, internal announcements, and follow-up communications
- Maintain marketing event and sponsorship calendars and ensure accurate, timely updates across marketing platforms
- Edit and update video content related to events, webinars, and marketing programs for internal and external use
- Aid in the creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations for speaking engagements
- Support the execution of sponsorship deliverables, including branded materials, signage, presentations, and digital assets
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and approvals related to events and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director and CMO to develop and execute social media strategy
- Create and design marketing and social media assets using Canva, demonstrating strong visual design skills and brand alignment
- Post and manage marketing and social media updates across platforms as directed
- Maintain organized records of event materials, templates, attendee lists, and outcomes
- Provide general administrative and logistical support to the marketing team as needed
