Responsibilities
- Create and implement social media content/campaigns across social platforms.
- Oversee the creation of social content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas and areas to optimize social media.
- Provide support to the marketing team at events including social media coverage & event operations.
- Provide customer service support through social media.
- Research new digital trends for implementation.
- Aid in keeping up-to-date digital influencer and media lists.
- Help maintain photo and video library.
- Aid in coordinating event logistics pre-and-post event.
- Assist in registering attendees and tracking attendance.
- Create and implement social media content/campaigns across social platforms.
- Assist in promotional material creation and social media coverage.
- Manage vendor registration and assist in event evaluations.
- Aid in coordinating materials with event sponsors and partners.
- Distribute marketing collateral and promote events throughout the district.
- Collaborate with regional and local marketing managers to create and implement campaigns.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred, plus at least one year experience in a customer service or hospitality related field.
- Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred.
- Available to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends, and evenings.
- Weekends will be required as part of the routine schedule.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience with social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good communication skills and strong teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivation, passion, creativity, and energy.
- Organization, independence, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in hospitality and/or entertainment industry is a plus.
