Marketing Associate
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives and help grow our brand presence across digital and traditional channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and a willingness to take initiative.
About the Role
This role supports the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, assists in content creation and market research, coordinates with vendors and team members, manages content calendars, organizes marketing assets, and provides administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Support the creation of content for emails, social media, blogs, and other channels
- Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and project timelines
- Cook up with graphic designers, vendors, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Manage content calendars and help maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics (e.g: social engagement, web traffic)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning
- Monitor social media channels and assist in scheduling posts
- Organize and maintain marketing assets, files, and databases
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including preparing reports, presentations, and meeting notes
- Help plan and coordinate marketing events, webinars, or trade shows
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and competitor strategies

Education, Certifications/Licenses, Related Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination.

This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position (standing and/or seated) more than half the time.
Travel Requirements
This position requires no overnight domestic travel.
