Responsibilities
- Aid in the execution of social media and email campaigns.
- Develop strategies to enhance social media presence across all site profiles.
- Contribute to SEO efforts to improve website visibility.
- Support web development projects as needed.
- Edit, proofread, and revise various communications as required.
- Participate in business development activities as assigned.
- Attend marketing meetings and contribute to discussions.
- Create and develop blogs as directed by management.
- Design and produce compelling sales materials to boost the business.
- Research media coverage and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Evaluate competitor marketing and digital content to identify opportunities.
- Capture and organize content from events, including photos, videos, and storytelling.
- Provide marketing support at other company locations as needed.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to excel professionally.
- Adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe, Constant Contact, and other content creation tools.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Fundamental knowledge of online and offline communications, including graphic design and social media.
- Proven teamwork and “can-do” attitude.
- Comfortable working with diverse groups of people.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a marketing role with significant social media exposure.
Pay and Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $20/hour.
