As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining our digital presence and supporting marketing efforts that drive traffic, generate leads, and strengthen our brand across all divisions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Eastwood Homes website, including pricing, inventory, community descriptions, home details, and promotional content.
- Perform monthly website audits for each division to ensure all information is accurate, current, and aligned with company standards.
- Add and update new community information, including VIP lists, products, pricing, locations, and related marketing assets.
- Maintain working knowledge of Eastwood Homes' internal systems, including Salesforce, Chatmeter, Power BI, partner websites, and EastwoodHomes.com.
- Update monthly Power BI reports, including Geofencing and Eblast reporting.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to increase traffic, user experience, and lead generation.
- Work closely with the Vice President of Corporate Marketing and other departments on projects that directly impact company sales and profitability.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills while managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Maintain proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software necessary to support daily operations.
- Assist with additional marketing initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
- 2-5 years of marketing, website administration, digital marketing, or related experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
- Experience working with website content management systems (CMS), CRM platforms, and reporting tools is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Working Conditions
- Monday through Friday work schedule, 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to support business needs.
- Standard office hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
- Must maintain professional business attire and personal appearance in accordance with company standards.
- Dependable transportation is required for travel to company divisions and marketing events when necessary.
