• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote, async environment
• Self-directed and organized — you manage your time well and deliver quality work independently
• Comfortable with content management systems, marketing tools, and performance tracking platforms

Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing, SEO strategy, or paid media content
• Background working with growth or performance marketing teams
