Marketing Communications Specialist II
Campaign Development
The Marketing Communications Specialist II will be responsible for the creation of and execution of marketing campaigns (content, execution, delivery) to support sales goals and event marketing using all marketing methodologies: email, web SEO, social media, and print, ensuring all campaign materials are presented timely and accurately.
Campaign Execution
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customer-centric and coordinated messages to grow opportunities, promote customer acquisition, influence external audiences, build brand awareness, elevate visibility within industry markets, and enhance sales enablement.
Customer Communication
Deploy targeted communications to customers using marketing automation platforms to launch and track results.
Supplier Content Utilization
Work with supplier teams to leverage applicable supplier content and ensure all supplier usage/brand guidelines are being followed.
Brand Recognition
Increase brand recognition through communication of the corporate value proposition(s) via email, web, print, and other channels.
Asset and Collateral Creation
- Write and design compelling and consistent brand messages for various marketing assets including emails, newsletters, website content, landing pages, brochures, videos, banner ads, social media, and branding elements.
- Effectively communicate complex messages in a variety of communication forms to varying audiences.
- Support event marketing and sales promotion needs with material creation such as print collateral, signage, forms, web and email promotions, and social media content.
- Work with E-commerce team to design visually compelling assets, icons, and banner ads for use across desktop and mobile responsive website.
- Maintain good working knowledge of platforms (creative, CMS, marketing automation, CRM, social publishing) and tools utilized in content creation and deployment.
Content Creation
- Support the development of appropriate website content and landing pages, ensuring best practices are followed (working with in-house or external partners).

Qualifications
- Work Experience: 3+ years of marketing/marketing communications experience, B2B preferred; experience in electrical/industrial distribution.
- Analytics/Computer Skills: Experience working in marketing automation platforms; HubSpot preferred.
