Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of a consistent, customer-first experience across marketing touchpoints (digital, in-person, and field interactions)
- Translate customer insights into relevant, timely, and personalized engagement
- Help ensure marketing strategies reflect the full customer journey—not just individual tactics
- Partner with sales and customer-facing teams to improve the effectiveness of on-the-ground customer interactions
- Own execution of integrated marketing initiatives, including campaigns and product launch promotion, customer engagement tactics (CRM, digital, events, field activation), sales enablement initiatives, communications (owned content, social media, email, website, events, collaboration with external vendors)
- Translate Marketing and CX strategies into clear, actionable plans and deliverables
- Manage timelines and workflows to ensure seamless and timely execution
- Campaign & Channel Coordination: Coordinate across channels (email, CRM, digital, events, field activation) to deliver a connected and cohesive experience
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to execute channel-specific tactics
- Support both targeted and broad-reach initiatives to meet customer and business needs
- Messaging & Go-to-Market Support: Translate product, portfolio, and brand strategies into clear, customer-relevant messaging and activation plans
- Ensure messaging is aligned across touchpoints and supports a seamless customer experience
- Support go-to-market execution for launches and key initiatives, ensuring field readiness and customer clarity
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Track performance of marketing initiatives and customer engagement efforts across channels
- Apply insights to improve customer experience, engagement, and marketing effectiveness
- Support post-campaign reviews and continuous improvement efforts
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multiple teams effectively and efficiently, including Marketing Communications Managers (strategy and prioritization), Sales teams (field adoption and feedback loops), Brand and Product teams (priorities and messaging), Agencies and external partners (execution)
- Ensure marketing efforts are aligned to deliver a cohesive, end-to-end customer experience
- Project & Resource Management: Manage day-to-day coordination of marketing tactics across stakeholders
- Prioritize work based on customer impact and business value
- Identify opportunities to streamline execution and improve consistency across touchpoints
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and engagement strategies
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing strategies or campaigns
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to translate strategy into execution
- Familiarity with marketing and customer engagement metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, or related field
