Marketing/Communications Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing/Communications Manager to support brand messaging and audience engagement for a Contract position based in New York, New York. This role focuses on developing compelling communications across digital channels, with an emphasis on email outreach, social platforms, and client-facing messaging. The ideal candidate brings strong writing ability, sound marketing judgment, and the creativity to deliver clear, effective content that strengthens visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing initiatives that align with campaign goals and audience needs.
• Create and refine social media content that reflects brand voice and encourages meaningful engagement.
• Write persuasive marketing copy for digital communications, promotional materials, and client outreach.
• Coordinate communication efforts across channels to maintain consistency in messaging and presentation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to shape content strategies that support broader marketing objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments to improve reach, response, and effectiveness.
• Manage day-to-day client communications related to marketing updates, content needs, and campaign activity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing email campaigns from content development through distribution.
• Strong background in social media content creation and platform-based communication strategies.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and formats.
• Knowledge of marketing communications principles and best practices across digital channels.
• Ability to handle client communications professionally and with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
