Responsibilities
- Cook up and execute marketing initiatives across tradeshows, special events, advertising campaigns, and public relations activities to support company growth and brand visibility.
- Manage the creation and dissemination of sales flyers, email campaigns, whitepapers, and other marketing communications to ensure consistent messaging and strong market presence.
- Oversee promotional item inventory management, including tracking, procurement, and distribution to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization to ensure timely execution of projects and alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain consistency in company branding and messaging across all marketing materials and customer-facing communications.
- Support the planning and execution of strategic marketing efforts while managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships internally and with external vendors, partners, and event coordinators.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging marketing opportunities to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree required, preferably in Communications, Business, Advertising, Marketing, or any relevant fields.
- Extremely high organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills; written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Adaptable to frequent change, delays, and unexpected events.
- Strong eye for design and understanding the importance of branding, identity standards, and quality production.
- Excellent analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as a strong team contributor.

Location
This is a full-time position, on-site at our St. Louis, MO location. The expected schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, but an occasional shift in hours may be necessary to accommodate project schedules.
