Job Purpose
We are seeking a creative, organized, and highly collaborative Marketing Coordinator to support a wide variety of marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, support business development, and enhance client engagement. This role coordinates and executes marketing projects across multiple channels, including digital marketing, events, webinars, video production, sales enablement, and marketing communications. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who enjoys bringing ideas to life through exceptional execution while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute marketing projects from concept through completion while managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Create and edit marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentation decks, one‑pagers, retirement education materials, newsletters, landing pages, emails, and other client‑facing resources.
- Develop marketing communications that support retirement plan participants, financial advisors, clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Support internal sales and advisor teams by managing marketing requests and producing customized marketing materials that support business development efforts.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with internal business partners, advisors, sales professionals, and cross‑functional teams.
- Plan and independently manage webinars from initial planning through post‑event follow‑up, including registration, invitations, attendee communications, presenter coordination, video publishing, reporting, and replay experiences.
- Coordinate in‑person client events, conferences, educational seminars, and meetings by managing logistics, registrations, event communications, promotional materials, vendor coordination, and on‑site support as needed.
- Produce and edit marketing videos including educational content, explainer videos, internal training videos, promotional videos, and brand storytelling content.
- Utilize AI‑powered creative tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing content development and production efficiency.
- Coordinate website updates and publish content across digital marketing channels.
- Manage and publish content across company social media platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
- Ensure brand standards and messaging remain consistent across all marketing channels, communications, and creative assets.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, promotional merchandise suppliers, strategic partners, and marketing agencies to deliver projects on time and within quality standards.
- Order and manage promotional merchandise, branded materials, and event collateral for client meetings and conferences.
- Maintain organized marketing asset libraries, creative files, templates, and collateral to ensure teams have access to current materials.
- Support marketing operations by identifying opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and project coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related marketing role.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong creative thinking, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); video editing experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Canva and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Experience using marketing and collaboration platforms such as HubSpot, ClickUp, Vimeo, YouTube, or similar applications.

Schedule
Hybrid schedule Monday–Friday (8 am–5 pm). 2 weeks vacation, sick leave, personal days, and floating holidays.
