Marketing & Communications Coordinator
About the role
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is responsible for leading the day-to-day marketing and communications efforts of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain (BGCCP). This position helps build awareness of BGCCP, strengthen engagement with families, donors, volunteers, community partners, and supporters, and tell the story of the impact happening across our Clubs. Working closely with the Vice President of Development Operations and leadership across the organization, the Marketing & Communications Manager develops and executes communications that support BGCCP’s mission, fundraising priorities, programs, events, and community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and organized project manager who can take a big-picture goal, turn it into a clear plan, and bring the right people and pieces together to make it happen. This person should be comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution and managing multiple projects, deadlines, audiences, and locations at once.
