Marketing Communication Specialist

Job Summary

VARITE is seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist (Remote) to support the segment marketing communications team for the Tyvek® garments business. The ideal candidate will be based in Richmond, VA (remote), and will work for 7.5 months with potential for extension. The position offers a pay rate range of $23.00/hr. to $25.00/hr. on W2.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of co-branding requests including co-branded content and ad creative.
• Oversee the development of sales aids and brand updates to existing collateral.
• Carefully coordinate project timelines and execution of work with external agencies.
• Manage the review and feedback process for ongoing projects with internal stakeholders.
• Execute the NA email content calendar, including writing email copy and working with the digital marketing team for scheduling.
• Coordinate website updates, including webpage content updates and development of new webpages aligned with key marketing initiatives.
• Provide support for trade show activities, including booth layout development, registration, lead capture, and reservations.
• Ensure content files are properly uploaded to sales enablement platforms such as MediaValet, Showpad, and Resource Center.
• Assist with product photoshoots and content video shoots as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate's degree in related fields such as Marketing, Communications, PR, or Journalism.
• Demonstrated management and organizational skills, particularly in handling multiple projects across various functions or business segments with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work effectively in a multi-functional team.
• Experience coordinating efforts with external agencies and vendors is preferred.
• Copywriting experience is preferred.
• Self-motivated and self-starter, able to deliver on commitments.
• Proficient in a variety of software programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Adobe Creative Suite.
