About the role

  • Support agent and IMO marketing requests: Fulfill agent advertising and content requests using pre-approved, brand-consistent materials and route non-standard requests through the compliance review process.
  • Maintain brand and message consistency: Apply established brand voice, visual guidelines, and messaging frameworks across channels so agents, partners, and consumers experience a consistent Americo brand.
  • Support product and sales education: Produce promotional and educational materials that help agents and internal teams understand product features, positioning, and competitive advantages for life insurance and annuity offerings.
  • Track communication performance: Monitor engagement and response metrics, identify trends, and recommend content or channel adjustments that improve reach and effectiveness.
