Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize multi-channel engagement strategies across email, SMS, phone, direct mail, push, and digital touchpoints.
  • Design coordinated customer journeys that increase lead-to-application and lead-to-fund conversion rates.
  • Define channel roles, sequencing, cadence, and triggers based on customer behavior and intent.
  • Analyze campaign and journey performance to identify opportunities to improve conversion efficiency.
  • Establish KPIs across the funnel (engagement, application completion, lock rates) and drive continuous optimization.
  • Translate data insights into clear, actionable channel strategy recommendations.
  • Serve as the bridge between marketing, data, and execution teams to ensure strategies are feasible and impactful.
  • Partner with data teams to define targeting logic, data requirements, and measurement frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align goals, priorities, and success metrics.
  • Identify and advocate for data needed to support segmentation, personalization, and trigger-based marketing.
  • Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and reporting is in place across channels and journeys.
  • Support test-and-learn frameworks, including A/B testing and incrementality measurement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-7 years in marketing, marketing operations, or performance marketing roles.

  • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into strategy.
  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Ability to collaborate across marketing, analytics, and technology teams.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and respond quickly to shifting priorities.
