Marketing Campaign Analyst

Duration: 10+ Months Location: MN-Rochester, 100% Remote Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Marketing Campaign Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives. Responsibilities Develop the requirements for marketing campaigns, create targeted segments and models, identify key metrics used to evaluate performance of campaigns, and identify opportunities to optimize marketing campaignsSet pre-campaign analytics objectives and develop audiences and targetingDesign, coordinate, and schedule multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns, and maintain the marketing calendarProvide comprehensive performance measurement of campaigns, perform mid-campaign adjustments and refinements, and report on return on investment and lifetime value contributionsAssist with the adoption of new campaign or customer relationship technologies within our digital experience platform Qualifications Bachelor's degree3 years of experience in marketing campaign management or a related fieldExperience analyzing large data sets that may include structured and unstructured dataExperience using digital experience platform technologies including customer data platforms, CRM, marketing automation, journey orchestration, and other digital marketing tools, such as Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, Tealium, Redpoint etc.Advanced Excel skillsRequires intellectual curiosity, problem solving ability, critical thinking, active listening, quantitative skills, high attention to detail, persuasive oral and written communications, and project management skillsProven execution ability with multi-channel marketing campaigns using marketing automation and campaign management toolsProven ability to use reporting tools to convert data into meaningful analyses and insightsProven ability to translate between business and technical stakeholdersMust be able to work effectively in a consensus-style environment that expects and promotes teamworkMust have experience in effectively meeting deadlines on-time with a quality productMust possess the ability to inspire trust and confidence and maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentialityWork independently and collaboratively to prioritize and drive forward multiple projectsMust possess high personal motivation supporting a strong work ethic, flexibility, and creativityPosition may require occasional travel and the flexibility to work weekends and evenings as necessary Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of SQL and Python as well as Tableau, Denodo, and/or Power BlExperience in the use of next best action, customer lifetime value or churn prediction models The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000 or the hourly equivalent.
