About the role

This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and can strengthen data quality, improve marketing operations, and turn platform insights into practical recommendations for business stakeholders. The position will focus on optimizing HubSpot usage, building reporting visibility, and helping teams work more effectively through clear processes and automation guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accuracy and organization of HubSpot records by performing ongoing data reviews, updates, and maintenance activities.
  • Establish clear operating procedures and data entry expectations that help the sales team maintain consistent and reliable information.
  • Build dashboards, recurring reports, and leadership-facing analytics that highlight performance trends and support decision-making.
  • Provide recommendations on automation capabilities within HubSpot, including opportunities to incorporate AI-driven tools where appropriate.
  • Coordinate project timelines, task tracking, and cross-functional workflows using Asana to keep initiatives moving efficiently.
  • Review performance reporting delivered by an external agency, identify meaningful patterns, and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to improve campaign operations and strengthen the overall effectiveness of marketing automation efforts.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience working with HubSpot and other marketing automation platforms in a business environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation software, including campaign workflows, segmentation, and data management best practices.
  • Ability to create and interpret dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for both operational teams and executive audiences.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and broader automated marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with documenting processes and implementing standards that improve data quality and team consistency.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities using workflow or project management tools such as Asana.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical or agency-provided data into clear business insights.
