Marketing Automation Manager
About the role
The Marketing Automation Manager will oversee lifecycle and demand email marketing programs designed to engage customers, nurture leads, convert pipeline opportunities, and drive ecommerce revenue.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize always-on lifecycle campaigns (welcome, nurture, re-engagement, win-back).
- Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies to increase engagement and conversion.
- Create data flows and understand data architecture to leverage in MAP.
- Partner with demand generation and sales teams to develop email campaigns that accelerate ecommerce revenue.
- Build triggered and event-based campaigns (e.g., content downloads, product interest, past purchase).
- Manage Eloqua campaigns end-to-end: audience segmentation, workflow logic, A/B testing, QA, deliverability, and reporting.
- Analyze campaign performance (open, CTR, conversion, pipeline impact, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
- Drive continuous testing on subject lines, personalization, CTAs, and send cadence.
- Work with Brand/Creative to ensure messaging and design align with brand guidelines.
- Partner with Brand teams for product launches and nurture content.
- Collaborate with E-commerce / Digital Marketing to integrate campaigns with paid, web, and social.
- Act as the Eloqua subject-matter expert: maintain data hygiene, and automation workflows.
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA and other data privacy regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in marketing automation or a related digital marketing role.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, with a strong preference for HubSpot.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in a technology-driven environment.

- Occasionally lifts or moves items up to [10–15] pounds (e.g., files, laptop, meeting materials).
- Must be able to effectively communicate information and ideas in person, via video conference, and through written communication.
- Works primarily in an office or remote office environment with standard business equipment.
- May require extended periods of screen time.
- May occasionally be required to attend meetings or events outside of normal workspace or business hours.

Senior Manager, Growth Marketing
Environment
The work environment is typically an office environment located on-site, within an Infinite location, during regular or extended business hours. The work environment may include the employee’s residence (Work from Home) or a hybrid combination of home and on-site facility.
