Marketing Automation Campaign Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Automation Campaign Specialist plays a pivotal role in building and optimizing digital marketing campaigns within Adobe Marketo. This role is primarily responsible for assisting in the migration and optimization of assets from Oracle Eloqua to Adobe Marketo.

Responsibilities

• Migrate email, form, campaign, image, and file assets from Oracle Eloqua to Adobe Marketo.
• Create and manage audience segmentation, targeting logic, and distribution lists aligned to campaign needs.
• Build and execute Marketo assets and programs (emails, landing pages, forms, segments, reports) with high accuracy and quality.
• Analyze campaign and engagement data with marketing analysts to recommend optimizations.
• Support special marketing automation projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Marketo campaign execution, email operations, and marketing automation.
• Strong skills in building emails, landing pages, forms, segments, and automated programs.
• Working knowledge of global email compliance (CAN‑SPAM, CASL, GDPR).
• Experience with digital content creation and basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines (Workfront or similar experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Marketo certifications are a plus.
