Marketing Associate
Summary Of Role
We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support our Marketing & Communications team by delivering high-quality, executional support across a range of initiatives.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Develop, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks for internal and external audiences
- Provide video production support, including basic editing, formatting, and resizing
- Create and update presentation, event, and meeting materials on tight timelines
- Support marketing initiatives with production, coordination, and administrative assistance
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials
Minimum Job Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation development
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support a variety of projects
- Intellectually curious and a quick learner
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Design
- Internship or early-career experience in marketing, communications, or creative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point and Word
- Familiarity with basic design or video tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva, Vimeo or similar platforms)
Starting Compensation
$20.68-$28.96/hr. plus a competitive benefits package.
