About the role
The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain (BGCCP) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing programs and services that support the healthy development of young people. Founded in 1969, BGCCP has grown significantly over the years, serving over 1,300 at-risk and in-need young people in Pitt, Lenoir, Beaufort, Greene, Martin, Carteret, and Craven Counties. The organization offers a range of programs and activities designed to foster positive relationships, build character, and develop life skills.
Our clubs offer a safe and supportive environment where youth can learn, grow, and thrive. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, and we strive to create a community where all young people feel valued and empowered.
As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the mission of BGCCP. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people in your community, while also advancing your own career and personal development.
We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, where everyone feels welcome and valued. We encourage applications from candidates who bring a variety of perspectives and experiences to our team.
