Marketing Associate

Job Summary

Ametros is seeking a Marketing Associate to support our day-to-day Marketing activities and assist with events such as conferences and webinars. The ideal candidate will also help with creating and editing marketing material like presentations, slicks, emails, social media posts, and speaking proposals.

What You Will Do

• Develop and refine PowerPoint presentations and marketing slicks that effectively communicate product value and align with brand standards.
• Serve as the first point of contact for marketing-related requests from the sales team, ensuring all tasks are tracked, prioritized, and completed on time.
• Cook up with internal stakeholders to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality marketing assets that support sales goals.
• Review and edit materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, with a strong focus on detail.
• Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to gather input and ensure marketing materials meet strategic objectives.

Education Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred

Experience Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience in a professional setting required
• 1-2 years PowerPoint experience required
• 1-2 years Graphic design experience (Canva) required
• Project Management and/or Workfront experience preferred

Pay

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $25.00/hr. USD to $30.00/hr. USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
