POSITION OVERVIEW: AE Works Ltd. is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our marketing and business development efforts across the firm. This role is central to producing high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing collaterals that help AE Works stand out in a competitive marketplace. You will manage key points in the marketing process, from RFQ and RFP responses to brand template management, while collaborating closely with technical staff and firm leadership. This is an ideal opportunity for a marketing professional looking to grow their career while contributing to the pursuit of impactful building projects. LOCATION: Pittsburgh, PA or Washington, DC with occasional travel to project sites. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead critical marketing deliverables, including Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) responses, along with other marketing collateralDevelop and produce high-quality proposals and qualifications packages for pursuits across federal, state and local government, higher education, and private sector marketsReview draft and final SOQs and proposals for responsiveness to RFI/RFQ/RFP requirements, ensuring accuracy, thoroughness, strong staffing and financial detail, and polished design and layoutManage the proposal and presentation process end-to-end, applying best practices in writing, editing, design, and productionMaintain brand consistency by managing templates and materials such as PowerPoint decks, letterhead, business cards, and other key operational documentsPartner with business development and technical staff to support pipeline tracking and keep marketing records accurate and current within AE Works' CRM systemContribute to weekly team coordination meetingsTake on additional responsibilities as needed to support marketing and business development initiatives QUALIFICATIONS: What’s Required:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or a related field5+ years of experience in RFP response and proposal developmentProficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft or Google Suite, and Adobe softwareComfortable using cloud-based and mobile technology to support day-to-day communicationProven ability to produce timely, consistent, and error-free work in accordance with defined standards and regulationsStrong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamWhat Puts You Ahead:Experience supporting proposal and marketing efforts within the A/E/C industryStrong graphic design, writing, and layout skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite AE WORKS' PERKS: At AE Works, we believe in supporting each person in their professional and personal journey.
