Summary

The Marketing Assistant position at Windward Communities will support the company's marketing and branding strategies, manage social media, and assist with internal communication campaigns. Key responsibilities include supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies, managing social media pages, processing invoices, and handling marketing requests.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management
• Post updates on company social media pages
• Respond to comments and messages
• Online Reviews Management
• Manage online review sites
• Respond to posts and comments
• Invoice Processing
• Process invoices in Avid accounting system
• Marketing Materials Creation
• Create incentive flyers and available offers/marketing materials
• Auditing Websites
• Regularly audit Windward website and community specific websites
• To ensure brand standards are upheld and updates are made as needed
• Internal Communication Campaigns
• Support internal communication campaigns and contests
• To effectively distribute key information
• Marketing Requests Handling
• Handle marketing requests from the communities
• Handle replacement needs
• Vendor Relationship Management
• Manage relationship with uniform and promotional items vendor
• Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Experience in social media marketing (managing online reviews, responding to posts) highly desired
• Demonstrated abilities in organization, communication, enthusiasm, and effective interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
• Database management, computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field (or in process of completing degree) highly desired
• Digital tools - such as Adobe highly desired
• Comfortable with online navigation of sites such as Zillow.com, Rent.com, etc - highly desired
