This entry-level role supports promotional initiatives, event campaigns, and client engagement efforts. It is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and interested in gaining experience in marketing and event operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of promotional materials for upcoming events
• Support event marketing initiatives and community outreach activities
• Coordinate marketing materials for event displays and presentations
• Help organize promotional events and client-facing activities
• Collaborate with event and operations teams to ensure brand consistency
• Support the planning and execution of marketing projects
• Maintain organized files and project documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Typical shifts: 8 hours per day

Pay

$18.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on experience
