Responsibilities
- Manage and refresh marketing templates, reference materials, and shared resources.
- Keep department records and content systems current by updating databases, project information, resumes, website materials, and other essential documentation.
- Cook up timelines, review steps, and file organization for proposals, campaigns, social posts, events, and related deliverables.
- Support project execution by collecting input from internal stakeholders, monitoring task progress, and helping teams meet deadlines.
- Partner with creative and design staff to organize digital assets, collateral, imagery, and supporting files for ongoing and future use.
- Aid in planning and logistics for conferences and events, including materials preparation and production coordination.
- Build and manage editorial and social media schedules that reflect campaign goals, firm priorities, and upcoming activities.
- Draft, schedule, publish, and monitor digital content across social platforms and other channels while maintaining brand consistency.
- Track engagement and campaign performance metrics to help inform content planning and improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience supporting marketing, communications, or administrative functions in a business environment.
- Working knowledge of social media coordination, content scheduling, and digital marketing practices.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, organize detailed information, and maintain accurate records.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft clear, effective marketing content.
- Comfort collaborating across departments to gather information and move projects forward.
- Proficiency with common marketing and office software, including database and content management tools.
- Familiarity with email campaigns, event coordination, and broader marketing support activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years of relevant experience.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles and Adobe Creative Suite.
