Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for the marketing help desk, fielding requests from branches and BDMs and routing or fulfilling them in a timely manner
• Organize and maintain a centralized digital asset library, including region-specific photo folders, making materials easy to find and use for Business Development Managers nationwide
• Edit and format PowerPoint decks for sales presentations, proposals, training, and internal communications
• Support safety & training initiatives through materials preparation and coordination
• Aid in marketing budget administration, including processing payments, managing sign-ups, and coordinating logistics for tradeshows, sponsorships, and industry events
• Collaborate with the Content Lead and Marketing Director on campaign support and content production needs

Requirements

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop — is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A team-first attitude and willingness to take initiative
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or creative support role preferred
