Marketing Assistant

Dinamic AS Group has an opening for a Marketing Assistant within its premium travel planning, private experiences, customer communication, trip coordination, and travel sales team. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates based in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, assets, deadlines, and performance reporting for premium travel planning, private experiences, customer communication, trip coordination, and travel sales.
• Collaborate with teams to produce content, creative, landing-page, email, social, web, or paid-media deliverables.
• Prepare campaign links, tracking details, audience files, and supporting documentation before launch.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile recurring results, trends, and follow-up actions.
• Manage feedback, revisions, approvals, and handoffs to keep marketing deliverables on schedule.
• Maintain accurate and organized marketing files, contact data, project notes, and reporting documentation.

Requirements

• Strong organization, written communication, campaign coordination, and basic analytical skills.
• Comfort using common marketing, analytics, spreadsheet, CMS, or project-management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaign deadlines and assets while maintaining approvals and version control.
• Good judgment regarding brand voice, customer communication, and data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret basic campaign metrics and prepare clear performance summaries.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$58,500 - $65,500 per year
