Marketing Assistant

Talento PriceTravel Holding is hiring a Marketing Assistant to support recruiting, people operations, and customer and business initiatives for a travel distribution and e-commerce organization. This full-time, 100% remote position is open to candidates based in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, content, deadlines, assets, and performance reporting for recruiting, people operations, and travel-business support.
• Collaborate with teams to produce content, creative, landing pages, email, social, web, or paid-media deliverables.
• Prepare campaign links, tracking details, audience files, and supporting documentation before launch.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile recurring results, trends, and follow-up actions.
• Manage feedback, revisions, approvals, and handoffs to keep marketing deliverables on schedule.
• Maintain accurate and organized marketing files, contact data, project notes, and reporting documentation.

Requirements

• Strong organization, written communication, campaign coordination, and basic analytical skills.
• Experience using common marketing, analytics, spreadsheet, CMS, or project-management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaign deadlines and assets while maintaining version control.
• Good judgment regarding brand voice, customer communication, and data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret basic campaign metrics and prepare clear performance summaries.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$58,500 - $65,500 per year

Full-time, 100% remote (Texas-based candidates only).
