Position Overview

The Marketing Assistant will support promotional initiatives, event campaigns, and client engagement efforts. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and interested in gaining experience in marketing and event operations.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the preparation of promotional materials for upcoming events
• Support event marketing initiatives and community outreach activities
• Cook up marketing materials for event displays and presentations
• Organize promotional events and client-facing activities
• Collaborate with event and operations teams to ensure brand consistency
• Support the planning and execution of marketing projects
• Maintain organized files and project documentation

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities are necessary
• The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is key
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are important qualities

Schedule & Compensation

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Typical shifts: 8 hours per day
• Compensation: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience
