About the role

The Marketing Assistant role operates within the Travel Group Luxembourg network, supporting multiple leisure-travel agency brands and a large agency network across Luxembourg and the Greater Region. This position focuses on marketing campaign execution, ensuring work aligns with the specific demands of the Travel Group Luxembourg environment. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing assistance with analytics, maintaining documentation, managing deadlines, and reconciling quality control within the network’s workflow.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing-focused assistance with marketing analytics, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action for all tasks within the Travel Group Luxembourg network.
• Review and update TGL LU role documentation with status tracking for marketing-focused assistance, maintaining clarity on dependencies and exceptions.
• Document digital marketing activities with deadline management, ensuring traceability and readiness for handoffs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for all marketing-focused assistance tasks.
• Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing unresolved items and repeated errors before they impact downstream work.
• Apply data accuracy standards without losing track of evidence or deadlines in the marketing workflow.
• Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to ensure reasoning remains clear within the network’s context.
• Use judgment for follow-ups, especially when tasks depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Ensure remote completion of tasks by verifying digital marketing, deadline management, and source verification signals are current and secure.

Qualifications

• Confident use of TGL LU Workflow Context and Campaign Management tools within the Travel Group Luxembourg network.
• Ability to maintain strong marketing-focused assistance, ensuring campaign execution remains usable under the network’s specific demands.
• Commitment to traceability, with completed work clearly documented and unresolved items assigned to owners.

Pay

Base salary: $43,000–$68,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
