Work must leave a visible source, owner, status, and next action for every checkpoint, with unresolved items clearly assigned and repeated errors surfaced before they cause downstream rework.
Responsibilities
- Maintain marketing analytics and status tracking for campaign execution, ensuring visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Reconcile role documentation with status tracking, keeping confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions visibly separate.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities with deadline management, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
- Review documentation and generate reports to support marketing-focused assistance.
- Perform document quality control and workflow management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Apply data accuracy standards without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning in the context of the operating environment.
- Use judgment for follow-up, especially when marketing assistance depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure remote completion of tasks by making work secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate through issue escalation, exception tracking, and thorough documentation.

Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$68,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Entry-level position.
