About the role
The Dinerstein Companies seeks dynamic individuals eager to represent our company, brand, and property in our markets. As a Part Time Marketing Associate, you will support marketing and brand awareness efforts, including creating and sharing engaging social media content, promoting the property through peer networks, and assisting with marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create and share engaging social media content that showcases the lifestyle, amenities, and resident experience.
- Promote the property through peer networks, word of mouth, and your personal ambassador link.
- Support on campus outreach efforts to connect with students and generate interest in the community.
- Assist with marketing initiatives designed to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Maintain a high energy and professional presence both online and in person.
- Build community awareness and support events by assisting in the planning and execution of resident events and campus activations.
- Help create a positive and engaging community atmosphere through outreach and event participation.
- Represent the brand at student-focused events and activations.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to support ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Participate in basic training on brand standards and marketing initiatives.
- Provide feedback on marketing efforts and student engagement trends.
- Track outreach efforts, referrals, and campaign participation.
