Marketing Assistant

Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support building products, customer service, sales support, order coordination, product support, vendors, and project operations. This role is full time and 100% remote, open to candidates based in Los Angeles, California.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, assets, deadlines, and performance reporting.
• Manage content, creative, landing-page, email, social, web, or paid-media deliverables with responsible teams.
• Prepare campaign links, tracking details, audience files, and supporting documentation before launch.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile recurring results, trends, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate feedback, revisions, approvals, and handoffs to keep marketing deliverables on schedule.
• Maintain accuracy and organization of marketing files, contact data, project notes, and reporting documentation.

Requirements

• Strong organization, written communication, campaign coordination, and basic analytical skills.
• Experience using common marketing, analytics, spreadsheet, CMS, or project-management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaign deadlines and assets while maintaining version control.
• Good judgment regarding brand voice, customer communication, and data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret basic campaign metrics and prepare clear performance summaries.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Pay

$56,500 - $64,000 per year
