Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a temporary Marketing Assistant to support promotional efforts for a construction and contractor-focused organization in Meridian, Idaho. This Contract position will help coordinate outreach initiatives, strengthen digital engagement, and assist with campaign execution across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and comfortable managing marketing activities that support brand visibility and audience connection. Responsibilities:• Coordinate and execute email marketing initiatives to promote services, events, and company updates• Assist with planning and supporting events, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up communication• Contribute to day-to-day marketing activities by helping organize content, timelines, and campaign deliverables• Support direct marketing efforts by preparing audience lists, tracking responses, and helping distribute campaign materials• Manage social media tasks such as scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand presence• Work with internal teams to gather information needed for promotional content and outreach activities• Track campaign performance and compile basic reports to help measure engagement and effectiveness • Experience supporting email campaigns, including content coordination and distribution • Ability to assist with event handling and related administrative or promotional tasks • Familiarity with general marketing activities across digital and direct outreach channels • Working knowledge of direct marketing campaigns and basic response tracking • Experience managing or supporting social media content and engagement • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities • Clear written and verbal communication skills in a detail-oriented business environment TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
