Marketing Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in planning, developing, and executing all Lane Automotive initiatives.
- Support various routine clerical tasks and coordinate public relations efforts.
- Contribute to the development and design of manufacturers' advertising programs and marketing research projects.
- Support the Marketing Team with the department budget.
- Handle media scheduling, proofing, and trafficking.
- Prepare and maintain reports for the Marketing Department.
- Maintain a centralized archive of advertising, marketing materials, and communications.
- Manage project tracking spreadsheets and marketing calendars.
- Coordinate event logistics.
- Maintain quality control and seek opportunities for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Promote and uphold a clean and safe work environment.
- Comply with established policies and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience/Qualifications
- A degree from an accredited institution preferred, or equivalent of 2-5 years of related experience and a high school diploma/GED, required.
- A working knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry, preferred.

Physical Demands
