Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day execution of Knine All Systems' social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement, with final content approval by the Marketing Manager.
- Support customer engagement initiatives, including gathering customer testimonials and Google reviews.
- Maintain and update CRM records and marketing databases.
- Aid in trade shows, company events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns and support overall marketing goals.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED.
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of marketing experience (internships and relevant coursework are encouraged).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Experience with Canva (preferred).
- Experience with CRM platforms (plus).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (plus).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, dependable, creative, and eager to learn.
Pay
Salary: $50,000–$55,000 annually
