Compensation

Schedule

• M-F 8:30a-4:30p
• Some weekends

Responsibilities

• Processes data entry of daily donations/memorials
• Generates appropriate responses/letters to donors in a timely manner
• Affords assistance with fundraising events, including mailings, fulfillments, registration and solicitation as called upon
• Affords assistance with Marketing dept. materials and business equipment
• Performs filing as assigned or as needed
• Runs monthly donor/fundraising reports when requested
• Provides back-up for Receptionist as needed
• Participates in all required in service education programs and meetings
• Demonstrates a commitment to own work schedule by adhering to attendance standards
• Provides proper notification in advance for absence and tardiness
• Adheres to employment policies in accordance with the Employee Handbook
• Demonstrates compliance with the dress code policy by appearing well groomed, wearing ID badge while on duty and maintaining a professional appearance
• Performs other duties as assigned within the Marketing Department
