Marketing Assistant
This role operates within a Brazilian travel-tech company focused on the distribution of tourism products, travel e-commerce, partner support, and technology-enabled booking operations. The Marketing Assistant’s distinct contribution is campaign execution and marketing-focused support.
About the role
The Marketing Assistant ensures that confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions remain visibly separate while executing marketing campaigns in the context of Brazilian travel-tech. Operational priorities emphasize traceability, ownership, and clear next actions for all tasks.
Responsibilities

- Review official travel role documentation with status tracking for marketing-focused tasks, maintaining clarity in the Brazilian travel-tech environment.
- Document digital marketing activities with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability.
- Maintain documentation and reporting for marketing-focused assistance, including status updates and next steps.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.
Qualities and Working Strengths
- Ensure campaign execution remains usable under the specific demands of Brazilian travel-tech, with traceable work and clear ownership of unresolved items.
- Confidently use the Just Travel Oficial Workflow Context and campaign management tools in a marketing-focused, assistance-centered role.
- Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in the workflow.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clarity in reasoning.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up, especially when tasks depend on external confirmation rather than assumptions.
