Job Details
Our rapidly growing tech company is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a permanent role, designed for a tech-savvy, innovative, and ambitious individual who is ready to take their career to the next level. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of startup landscapes, along with a deep interest in AI, positing, and content creation. With 1+ years of relevant experience, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and promoting our brand.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing our social media strategy to increase online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts.
- Create engaging, relevant, and timely content across all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand consistency and to stay updated on new products and features.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries.
- Analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of social media campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Research and monitor activity of company competitors.
- Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the startup, tech or legal industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in content creation.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
