Marketing Assistant

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant who’s keen to get involved across the full marketing mix. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid position based within the Tri-State region (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut), with an expectation of working from our Downtown Manhattan office three days per week. This is a generalist role, not a narrow specialism: on any given week, you might help traffic campaign assets, prep for a trade event, pull performance data, coordinate a vendor invoice, or manage a shared calendar. You’ll work across the whole team—not just one function—which makes this an excellent foundation for a career in marketing. You’ll get to see how different parts of the team work together and build a broad understanding of what it takes to bring marketing activity to life. The role carries real administrative responsibility—scheduling, project management, vendor coordination, and file and asset organisation—but it is not an admin-only position. You’ll be in the room for campaign planning, get exposure to trade and consumer marketing alike, and take on increasing ownership as you build your knowledge of the brand and the business.
