The Marketing and Events Manager position is listed on behalf of a partner company who manages all applications and next steps. This role is based in the United States and offers an opportunity to drive global event marketing initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About the role

You will play a key role in creating impactful experiences that strengthen brand visibility and support business growth. The position combines strategic planning, creative execution, and operational excellence across virtual and in-person events. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, leadership, and marketing specialists, to deliver high-quality campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and improve global event marketing programs while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Coordinate and execute a variety of global in-person and virtual events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, regional activations, and client engagements.
  • Manage event logistics such as venues, vendors, registrations, accommodations, promotional materials, budgets, and post-event activities.
  • Partner with sales teams, executives, and internal stakeholders to support event strategies and ensure successful execution.
  • Manage marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and event tracking tools to support campaign performance and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate events into broader multi-channel campaigns.
  • Develop and coordinate event-related content, promotional materials, social media assets, and creative campaigns in partnership with internal teams.
  • Oversee onsite event operations, including setup, attendee engagement, booth or session management, vendor coordination, and event closure.
  • Apply creative problem-solving to enhance event experiences and introduce innovative approaches throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong B2B marketing experience, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex events from planning through execution.
  • Experience planning and executing conferences, trade shows, webinars, and client-facing events.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including LinkedIn and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience using marketing and sales platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Microsoft Teams is a plus.
  • Experience with digital event management platforms is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support major industry events.
