General Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist Faena Marketing Director and Faena Marketing Manager on all communications-related functions concerning: Marketing & Communications, CRM, Website Management, Faena Business Listings, E-Commerce, Creative Initiatives
- Manage and distribute of monthly and quarterly Marketing & Communications reports to executive and corporate team members for the asset management team.
- Oversee the bi-monthly events and programming document, collaborating with operations to ensure accurate communication of all event details to agencies and the public.
- Auxiliary in the coordination of guest promotional collateral.
- Cook up media-related inquiries & press visit efforts.
- Cook up and assist with on-site photoshoots.
- Provide event-specific support.
- Auxiliary in digital marketing efforts, including e-mail communication, ad placements, and SEO.
Guest Feedback
- Manage and promptly respond to all District Guest Feedback including but not limited to: Departure Guest Surveys, TripAdvisor, Google, OTA Platforms (Expedia, Booking.com, Priceline)
- Participate in the Guest Feedback Committee to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage meetings with key operational teams to discuss quality improvement based on guest feedback.
- Maintain detailed reports on guest surveys and key business profiles.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide strategic recommendations for improving overall guest satisfaction and ratings.
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments to address and follow up on guest feedback.
- Maintain reports for guest survey and key business profiles.
PUBLIC RELATIONS
- Coordinate journalist and VIP stay details, preparing the operations team for arrivals.
- Prepare press kits and stay itineraries for journalists.
- Compile and distribute press coverage on the District.
- Manage and maintain journalist and publication lists.
- Manage and maintain all reference files on publications and advertising.
- Ensure press materials and media centers are current.
- Maintain photo library and ensure PR agencies and Sales & Marketing teams have latest imagery.
- Prepare quarterly clip books for asset managers.
Website
- Ensure website content is current, accurate, and reflects the brand's standards.
- Assist with maintenance of Faena.com including but not limited to (News & Press, Journal Articles, Entertainment Lineups, Events Calendar, Menus, Hours of Operations.)
Email Marketing
- Work with Marketing Manager to on executing database development strategy.
- Liaise with operations team to gather email marketing cards and input data into database systems.
- Collect databases from all in house systems (OpenTable, Delphi, Ticketmaster, etc) and ensure all are up to date.
- Review and ensure email marketing is proofread and links work accurately.
- Maintain reports for CRM.
Digital
- Ensure all details in the Faena Hotel Miami Beach ecosystem are accurate and up to date.
Administrative
- Take all departmental calls and field advertising requests.
- Assist with invoice tracking, vendor coordination, and departmental administrative organization.
- Prepare presentations, meeting recaps, agendas, and internal reports as needed.
- Maintain organized records of marketing assets, contracts, campaign materials, and partnership documentation.
- Ensure all shared marketing drives, databases, and internal systems remain accurate and updated.
