Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with business goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to identify new opportunities and best practices.
- Lead the production of high-quality, patient-centric content for our website, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.
- Create compelling patient success stories, videos, blogs, and infographics.
- Organize and promote community events and educational seminars.
- Lead the strategic management of our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) to highlight patient successes, provider expertise, and community involvement.
- Engage with our online community to build a loyal following.
- Develop and execute strategic internal and external communications plans.
- Create content to inform employees, advise leadership on key issues, and assist with company events.
- Manage public relations by building relationships with media outlets, journalists, and community leaders.
- Collaborate with leadership to set and track marketing goals, budgets, and KPIs.
- Analyze the performance of all marketing initiatives and report on results.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: At least 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing, social media management, or communications, with a strong preference for candidates from the healthcare or multi-location organization sectors.
Skills
- Proven track record of driving brand growth and patient engagement.
- Expertise in content marketing, PPC advertising, and social media platforms.
- Experience in healthcare marketing and a solid understanding of HIPAA compliance regulations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your voice for different audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, social media tools, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and web content management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
