We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and innovative Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy, managing marketing projects, and serving as the central point for drafting and approving marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive and innovative communications strategy to increase brand visibility and awareness.
• Serve as the central point for drafting, editing, and approving all marketing materials to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Manage all marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the set objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, making necessary adjustments for optimal results.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
• Leverage Microsoft Suite and Hubspot to enhance marketing efforts and streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing and communication strategies.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with experience in Hubspot being a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics to make informed decisions.
• Self-motivated, creative, and strategic thinker with a strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
